Warranty Program

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or quality issues found in the product under normal usage. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we replace or repair it as per our policy.

Most radikraft products come with basic warranty coverage. Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible unless the issue is manufacturing-related.

Warranty duration varies by product type, but generally covers an initial quality assurance period from the date of delivery.

You can submit a warranty request by contacting our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos/videos

  • Issue description

Our team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.


 

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents

  • Wear and tear from regular usage

  • Altered or modified products

  • Issues arising after improper storage conditions

If the defect is verified as a manufacturing issue, replacement is provided at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within the allowed time frame. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Custom-made, personalized, used, or damaged products (after delivery) are not eligible. Items without original packaging are also ineligible.

You can contact our support team with your Order ID and product photos. Once verified, we will arrange return pickup or initiate a replacement.

If the issue is from our side (damaged, wrong item, defective), return shipping is free.
In other cases, standard return charges may apply.

After verification and pickup, replacements are usually processed within 3–7 business days.

Currently, we offer shipping only within India.
For any special request or bulk order inquiry, please contact our support team.

Currently, we do not offer digital or physical gift cards.
However, you can place bulk or custom orders by contacting our sales team directly.

We do not accept returns at physical locations.
All returns must be requested through our official support team so that we can verify the order and guide you through the process.

Shipping & Recent Orders

Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking link to monitor real-time updates

Yes, radikraft ships across major cities and states through reliable courier partners.

COD availability depends on your pincode and product type. You can check COD while placing your order.

You can contact our support team with your Order ID. We will coordinate with the courier and provide a quick update.

Tracking information may take a few hours to reflect after your order is handed over to the courier. Sometimes courier systems update the status only after the parcel reaches their main hub.
Please allow 12–24 hours for the tracking link to show movement.
If it still doesn’t update, you can contact our support team and we will check the status for you.
